This project has taken me around the world, filming in the high Alps of Switzerland, all over Italy and from Philly to Florida. It's the direct result of a piece I created back in 2014 titled, Connectivity - The restoration of 40 MIle Creek, which premiered at the Banff Mountain Film Festival and opened for Patagonia's award winning film Damnation. It's the first part of a three piece informative promotional series I'm still currently cutting. If dams are your thing...enjoy.
The story of 40 Mile Creek Dam. A turning point in my life as a filmmaker.
A short piece produced for the Canada Media Market Place in San Francisco. promoting travel to Jasper National Park.

A Classic Canadian Adventure - Hit pause for 2min:13sec on your busy lives and check out this teaser to my friend's epic family canoe trip. Departing May 2nd 2015, Ben, Mag and their 5 year old son Mali will be canoeing nearly 5000km from Edmonton, Alberta to Montreal, Quebec. To share the love, the trio will be capturing the adventure as it unfolds through video, photo and journal from which they'll craft a kick ass adventure doc. They've stock piled a two month supply of honey, wine, chocolate and beef-jerky to endure the post production process which will follow in pursuit of their paddle home...and I've decided to help them out with all that lovely stuff. They hope to premiere their story at the 2016 Banff Mountain Film Festival, but until then you're invited to follow their progress at http://paddlinghome.weebly.com/

I used to be a professional fortune cookie writer, now I make films. All day long.
Based out of the Canadian Rockies, I create films of all sorts. Film making is my calling, my profession, and the thing that will undoubtedly drive me insane someday. I wrestle with every image I shoot . I assume perfection is possible and I want to wring it out of every frame. If that’s all you ever know about me, it’s enough to say you know me very, very well.
